How the Class Works
Thank you for your interest in our class! Here’s a simple guide on what to expect during the class, from start to finish. Please take a moment to go through it so you can feel prepared and comfortable.
1. Booking
Please start by selecting your preferred date through the booking form.
When making a reservation, you will be required to agree to the cancellation policy and the disclaimer. If you’re traveling from afar for beginner or intermediate courses, feel free to reach out for assistance with accommodation.
2. Confirmation Email
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. In some cases, we may ask a few simple questions, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.
3. On the Day
We look forward to meeting you on the day of the class!
The class is scheduled to last about 5 hours, including a lunch break. However, depending on the progress, it may run a little longer. If you’re in a hurry, please let us know in advance.
Please Note:
No Refunds: Once purchased, we are unable to offer refunds for classes, courses, or sessions.
Cancellation Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel for personal reasons.

How an In-Person Reiki Session Works

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. We may ask you a few simple questions, so please feel free to answer them at your own pace.
3. On the Day
Relax and come to your session with ease. We are looking forward to meeting you!
4. After the Session
After the session, we will share thoughts and any advice. Take your time to enjoy the changes in your mind and body.
Please Note:
No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds for any classes, courses, or sessions once purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation based on our cancellation policy.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation Fees: Please be aware that cancellations due to personal reasons will incur cancellation fees.

How a Distant Reiki Session Works
1. Purchase Process
First, please complete the purchase process by selecting your preferred date and time for the session.
2. Scheduling
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Sessions are available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time (Oregon time), which corresponds to 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM the following day in Japan. If you purchase the 3-session package, we will work together to schedule the sessions.
Important Notes:
To proceed with a distant session, the following information is required:
Full name
Home address
Phone number
A recent photo
Additionally, please let us know what you would like to achieve from the session, or if there are specific areas you'd like to focus on. If you are purchasing a Reiki session for someone else, the information submitted should be of the Reiki recipient, and their permission must be obtained before the session.
Once you've completed the form, please send it to info@japanreikius. We strive to provide a session that meets your expectations as much as possible.
3. On the Day of the Session
We will communicate with you via email before and after the session. During the session, please relax and make yourself comfortable.
After the session, we will send an email with feedback and advice.
Please Note:
