After a Reiki healing session, it is possible to experience temporary effects such as headaches, fatigue, or drowsiness as part of a healing response. This is a natural detoxification process and occurs as the body returns to its balanced state. These symptoms typically subside within 2–3 days with adequate hydration and rest. If the symptoms persist beyond this period, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional.

• I understand that Reiki is a technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation.

• I acknowledge that Reiki sessions aim to promote relaxation and alleviate stress.

• I recognize that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform medical treatments, or interfere with the treatment of licensed healthcare professionals. It is advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any physical or psychological conditions.

• I understand that the Reiki practitioner may place their hands directly on my body during the session with my consent.
