Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable: Please note that once a class, course, or session is purchased, we do not offer refunds.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your session may be considered canceled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made by the client will incur the following fees:

• Cancellation 6–2 days before the appointment: 50% of the total fee (bank transfer fees will be the client's responsibility).

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of the total fee will be charged.

Repeated Cancellations: In the case of repeated cancellations without valid reasons, we may decline future bookings.

Lesson Cancellation: If a lesson is canceled more than 48 hours in advance, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If a class, course, or session has already begun, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Depending on the day’s schedule, you may not be able to receive your session if you're late, so please consult with us in advance.

Regarding Cancellation Fees
